From Tuscany to the Table: Fontodi
This autumn, Sale e Pepe brings together some of Italy’s most distinguished wine estates for a series of intimate four-course dinners, pairing exceptional Italian wines with the cuisine of Sale e Pepe.
Each evening will welcome a special guest from the estate, offering guests the opportunity to taste a selection of their wines while hearing the stories, traditions and people behind the bottle.
The series begins in Tuscany with Fontodi, one of Chianti Classico’s most celebrated estates.
Join Giovanni Manetti, Owner of Fontodi, alongside Michele Orbolato, Head of Wine & Sake at Thesleff Group, for an evening exploring the wines and character of this renowned Tuscan estate.
