We would recommend all our guests to reserve a table. You can reserve a table through our website reservation tab or by calling our reservations team on 020 7235 0098. 

Our reservations lines are open Monday to Tuesday 9am until 8pm, Wednesday to Friday 9am until 9pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am – 7pm.

You can book a table from our website by clicking on the reservation tab. You can also make a reservation by calling our team directly on 020 7235 0098. Our reservations lines are open Monday to Tuesday 9am until 6pm, Wednesday to Friday 9am until 8pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am – 6pm.

We always recommend reserving a table beforehand so as to avoid disappointment. We are only able to accommodate walk in’s if we have a last minute cancellation or no show. Otherwise, we do not usually hold tables for walk in’s.

Due to a high demand, all tables do have a time limit which varies according to the group size. When you make a booking, the booking confirmation states the time allocation. 

We kindly ask any cancellations or modifications be made 24 hours prior to your reservation.  

For group bookings up to 10 people, please contact our reservations team directly on 020 7235 0098. For group bookings of 11 or more, please fill in the enquiry form here. We will endeavour to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

Our dress code is smart elegant.

We are a dog friendly restaurant. 

We do not allow cakes from outside. However, we have an amazing in house pastry chef with some delicious options for our guests to choose from. We provide candles as well as a bespoke message on the cake.

We do not have a corkage policy.

Yes, children are welcome in the main dining rooms, however, not in the bar area. 

We offer an extensive selection of dishes made without gluten, which can be found in our menu via the link in our bio. Please note that these dishes are prepared in the same kitchen as items made using gluten. While we take extra precautions, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact will not occur.

There are pay and display bays outside and next to the restaurant.

The chicken is halal, and we also offer a great variety of vegan and fish options.

Yes, we do have music in the restaurant, however, we do not have a DJ.

We have various dessert options, as well as bespoke cakes which need to be ordered at least 48 hours prior to the reservation.

We do not accept cash, however, we do accept all forms of card payment except for Diners.

We have a bar area where guests are more than welcome to come and enjoy drinks and nibbles before their dinner and also after dinner.

We have both take away and delivery services. For take aways, you can come to the restaurant to place an order or call us on 020 7235 0098. For delivery, you can find us on Deliveroo. We are also able to send deliveries to you if you are not in the catchment area of Deliveroo. It will be up to you to organise the collection with the restaurant.

Our restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Our dress code is smart elegant. Guests often choose refined, stylish attire in keeping with the elegant setting of The Langham and the Italian Riviera-inspired atmosphere. Sportswear and caps are not encouraged. Smart trainers are fine.

Due to a high demand, all tables do have a time limit which varies according to the group size. Tables for 2–4 guests are allocated 2 hours, while larger parties are allocated 2.5 hours.
