From the Amalfi Coast to Puglia, our menu is an ode to the art of Mediterranean living, featuring Sale e Pepe classics - fine crudo, perfect pasta, our signature Milanese - perfect for sharing with loved ones.
Set within Europe's first grand hotel The Langham, London, this is where the spirit of la dolce vita comes to life once more, and every guest is welcomed like famiglia.
Our Menu
Our new restaurant redefines Italian dining in London, with a nod to the Amalfi Coast and the effortless glamour of Riviera living. Indulge in signature creations such as Capesante al Forno - baked scallop with chilli, lemon and parsley - or our delicately prepared Granchio e Avocado - crab, avocado and Datterino tomato salad. For your primi course, a must-order is the Riso alla Pescatora - a decadent baked rice dish celebrating squid, clams, prawns and sea bass.
From the Josper Grill, savour Carre di Agnello - perfectly charred lamb chops or the richly marbled Wagyu Bistecca del Macellaio. Timeless Italian classics remain at the heart of the experience, where dishes marked with the 'S&P' icon indicates our house classics.
Guests can journey through Italy’s diverse regions with a taste of exceptional wines from elite vineyards, while a Negroni and Champagne trolley adds a touch of theatre. Sale e Pepe Mare also welcomes an iconic dessert trolley, starring our signature tableside tiramisu, made for all the famiglia.
